Sonora, TX (Feb. 6, 2024) – Sonora Bank announced today that it has opened the doors to its eighth branch, and 10th location, in New Braunfels, Texas. Located at 1349 State Highway 46 South, the new full-service branch offers an expansion in services from the previous loan production office that opened on Highway 46 in New Bruanfels in 2021. Customers can take advantage of personal, retail and business banking services, along with consumer and commercial loans, CDs, safety deposit boxes and more.

The 5,678 sq ft. branch features a secure interactive teller machine (ITM) that extends the features of a traditional ATM and allows customers an interactive way to pay loans and transfer funds. The branch is outfitted with oversized drive-thru lanes for large-sized trucks and a 24-hour, deposit-taking ATM located externally. Additional exterior features to include ChargePoint electric vehicle charging stations, which are free for both customers and non-customers, as well as a windmill and rainwater capture system, all of which support the Bank’s ongoing commitment to environmental efforts.

Lobby hours are from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Convenient drive thru hours are from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
